Designed for high school athletes aiming to boost their sport-specific strength, mobility, speed, and explosiveness. Participants benefit from daily guided sessions, a customized strength and conditioning program, and a tailored meal plan. With options for full, strength-only, or speed and agility sessions, athletes will work on improving key metrics such as squat, bench, vertical jump, 40-yard dash, and shuttle run times.

Athletes receive a custom training program tailored to their specific goals, targeting areas such as strength, speed, agility, vertical jump, cutting, pivoting, power, explosiveness, coordination, and injury prevention.
